Measuring the Impacts of Poverty Narrative Change

To support practitioners and researchers seeking to change the narrative on poverty in America, we developed and tested survey questions that can be used to measure the early impact of economic narrative change work. This validated set of metrics and the accompanying guide are meant to facilitate learning across organizations and help develop a cohesive narrative change strategy.
